What we also expect

• Enthusiasm for the focus of our activities: light
• A degree in an economic course of study, e.g. with a focus on marketing
• Up to 2 years initial practical experience in marketing or e-commerce
• A good understanding of economic correlations in a technical environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit, an open mind and willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics within a short time
• International experience gained in semesters or internships abroad is desirable
• Fluent business English – further language skills would be beneficial

Trainee program sequence

No trainee program is like any other. To fully develop your potential, we adapt the program to your individual knowledge and skills. During a 15-month training period, you’ll familiarize yourself with various departments of our company in order to optimally prepare for your future area of specialization and obtain a comprehensive understanding of interactions and correlations. A framework program consisting of numerous events and training activities provides opportunities for you to build your own social network and also provides you with valuable additional tools. But specialist training is not the only focus of our efforts: Your personal development is also a matter of great importance to us. This is why a personal mentor will be assigned to support you.

Your challenge in e-commerce: Our online channels are constantly gaining in importance, and especially our Smart Home products are marketed very successfully under the LEDVANCE brand. But much more is possible, also for other product groups – and you can support us in exploiting all these opportunities!

Your challenge in marketing: OSRAM is a superb brand with a long-standing tradition, but we want to win over more and more customers for our LEDVANCE brand. So join in and support us in increasing the visibility of our LEDVANCE brand among retailers and wholesalers – and convince them with our many new products.
