Lamp & Ballast Recycling

Fluorescent and HID lamps are energy-efficient options that can reduce energy usage and save money for businesses and consumers.  Fluorescent and HID lamps contain a small amount of mercury, and it is important that they be properly disposed of at end of life.  In fact, many states and municipalities have laws addressing disposal of mercury-containing lighting. LEDVANCE recommends lamp and ballast recycling as the most responsible method of disposal.
