AMS OSRAM VE LEDVANCE, KÜRESEL MARKA İŞ ORTAKLIĞINI ÖNÜMÜZDEKİ ON YILA TAŞIYOR
Premstaetten, Avusturya, Münih ve Garching, Almanya, 5 Eylül 2024 - LEDVANCE, genel aydınlatma alanındaki lambalar için OSRAM markasının münhasır lisans sahibi olmaya devam ediyor. Ayrıca lisans ortaklığı, Çin dışında genel aydınlatmada kullanılan armatürleri de kapsayacak şekilde genişletiliyor.
Ams OSRAM ve LEDVANCE, genel aydınlatma lambaları için ticari marka lisans ortaklığını 2026 nın ötesine taşıyarak sonraki 10 yılı kapsayacak şekilde sürdürmeye karar verdi. Ayrıca, iş birliklerinin Çin anakarası, Hong Kong ve Macao dışındaki genel aydınlatma armatürlerini de kapsayacak şekilde genişletileceğini ve münhasır bir iş ortaklığı kurulacağını duyurdular. Her iki taraf da işbirliğinin mali detaylarını açıklamamaya karar verdi.
2016 yılından bu yana genel aydınlatma lambaları alanında OSRAM ve SYLVANIA markalarının münhasır lisans ortağı olan LEDVANCE, bu başarılı iş ortaklığını Amerika ve Kanada’da SYLVANIA, Çin hariç diğer bölgelerde ise OSRAM markası için lisans anlaşmasını on yıl boyunca uzatarak ve ürün kapsamını geliştirerek sürdürüyor. İş ortaklığı kapsamında, LEDVANCE, OSRAM markalı lambalar için tek lisans sahipliğine devam ederken, lisans hakkına Çin dışındaki bölgelerde modern armatürleri de katıyor. LEDVANCE ve ams OSRAM genel aydınlatma alanındaki benzersiz küresel iş ortaklıklarını güçlendiriyor. Tüketiciler, OSRAM markalı yenilikçi armatürleri de çok yakında mağaza raflarında ve e-ticaret sitelerinde bulabilecekler.
İşbirliği sayesinde, OSRAM markası altında satılan ürünlerde dünya çapında en geniş ürün kapsamı ve çeşitliliğine sahip olacak LEDVANCE, tercih edilen iş ortağı olarak öne çıkıyor.
