Our brand and marketing team plays a major role as customer experts: They shape our LEDVANCE brand, continue to refine our corporate identity and develop marketing strategies and ideas for new products and markets. Our in-house trade fair team organizes the presence of LEDVANCE at global and regional lighting events – including light+building, the world's leading trade fair for lighting. Our globally organized sales specialists are the face and voice of our company. They cooperate closely with wholesalers and retailers as well as with our e-commerce specialists in the individual countries – and focus on our customers’ needs at all times. The Digital Channels area develops the overall digital image of LEDVANCE which supports us on our customer-oriented journey towards ensuring the best possible ‘user experience’ for our customers. The members of our Customer Service team are also real customer experts, available to our customers at all times to support them with efficient, solution-oriented and unconventional offers.
