HOW TO IDENTIFY THE Serial Number and Mac adDress?

Highlighted with a red frame, you can find the product identification numbers.

  • Each product has a unique serial numbers and Mac-addresses.
  • For the VIVARES Zigbee Controller, it is the Mac address and for the DALI Pro 2 IOT Controller the serial number is used.

Why is the serial number and the MAC address important?
LEDVANCE uses these product identification numbers to release the VIVARES Cloud Services.

Instructions for creation of the project name

  • The project name must start with a letter i.e. A or C and end with a letter or digit i.e. 7 or 9.
  • The in-between characters must be only letters, digits and hyphen (i.e. , or /).
  • The maximum length of the project name is limited to 63 characters (letters, digits, hyphen).
