To reset a SMART+ Wi-Fi RGBW or Tunable lamp to factory setting, switch it ON for three seconds then OFF for three seconds four times in succession. When switched on again, the lamp flashes as confirmation and can now be incorporated in a smart home system again.

Please make sure that the SMART+ Wi-Fi lamp in question has a working power supply and is switched on. The lamp can only receive commands when the electricity/light switch is turned on.
Please switch off the power supply to the SMART+ Wi-Fi lamp in question when connecting it and then switch it on again. The connection may take up to three minutes.
If the lamp is still not connected please restart the LEDVANCE SMART+ app, the Amazon Alexa app or Google Home app and you can also try to restart your smartphone or tablet.
Please make sure the smartphone or tablet you use has a working connection to the internet. If you are connecting to the internet via Wi-Fi and your smartphone or tablet is not connecting to the internet, a restart of the router might help to fix the problem.
